Rafa has been expressing interest in this guy for weeks now and it seems that a bid is just around the corner. Hull City has asked Rafa to up the bid for the player (Tribalfootball.com). The question is, do we still need a defender when we already have the likes of Martin Skrtel, Daniel Agger and Jamie Carragher in the squad??
